Acrylic varnish / primer

TECHNOLOGY FOR APPLYING ACRYLIC ACRYLIC VARNISH AND PRIMER

• SM4006 /. / Colorless acrylic polyurethane varnish /
• SL4340 / colorless acrylic polyurethane primer /
• SV4310 / hardener for acrylic varnish / primer /
• LL42 / polyurethane thinner /

1. Staining / water or organic staining / at the clients request.

• drying about 20-50 minutes.

2. Priming with SL4340 primer

• 30% SV4310 hardener and 10-15% LL42 thinner are added to the primer
• the primer dries in about 40-50 minutes.

3. Intermediate sanding with abrasive sponge or skin 220-280

4. Varnishing with SM4006 varnish

• 20% SV4310 hardener and 10-15% LL42 thinner are added to the varnish

5. The nail dries in about 50 minutes.

Consumption rate:

• primer 150-180 gr./m2
• varnish 150 g / m2

Acrylic products do not turn yellow and have high scratch resistance.
